2. If the furnace is shut down for a long time, the fasteners of the furnace body, the electrical condition and the stainless steel wire mesh shielding strip should be checked before the furnace is started again, and the furnace can be started only after confirming that it is normal.

3. Keep the power cord, connectors, and connectors in good contact and clean.

4. When the equipment is not in use, try to keep the furnace door closed.

5. If the damaged parts are found, they should be replaced in time, and substitute parts with lower performance than the original parts, or parts that do not conform to the specifications of the original parts should not be used.

6. When replacing parts, use plastic sheets or other coverings to block electrical devices to prevent contamination of nearby electrical devices.

7. Regularly check whether the microwave feed inlet blind plate is contaminated or corroded by the volatiles of the sintered material. If the blind plate is contaminated or corroded, it should be cleaned or replaced with alcohol in time.

8. Use the equipped water funnel to add water to the water tank on the left side of the equipment regularly. When it reaches the height of the overflow port of the water tank, the excess water will flow from the overflow pipe to the outside of the equipment.

9. When using for the first time, turn the exhaust valve of the high voltage power supply to the ON state with an Allen wrench.
