(1) Pre-sales service commitment

1. Provide professional consultation: answer your professional and technical questions within 2 hours.

2. Provide detailed information: Send the required technical information within 4 hours.

3. Provide a reasonable quotation: We will provide you with a reasonable quotation within 24 hours.

4. Provide inspection reception: 24 hours to accept your on-site inspection at any time, and try our best to provide convenient conditions for inspection work.

 

(2) In-sale service commitment

1. Use the national unified industrial product sales contract to sign contracts and technical agreements with you

2. Consciously abide by the provisions of the Contract Law to ensure the smooth performance of contracts and technical agreements.

3. Do our best to provide you with qualified equipment on time and according to quality, and use reliable transportation methods to ensure that your goods are in good condition.

4. Actively communicate with customers, respect customer arrangements, and provide customers with thoughtful technical support.

5. Provide you with inspection, installation, commissioning, training and other services according to the contract.

6. Promise the fairness of prices and services for all customers.  

 

(3) After-sales service policy

1. We will provide relevant technical training and technical materials according to customer requirements.

2. If the product has quality problems, it will be guaranteed for one year free of charge. If there is a contract, follow the contract.

3. Even within the warranty period, the free service commitment during the warranty period will not be applicable to the occurrence of the following situations, and you may need to pay the corresponding fees for the repair caused by the following situations:

⑴Due to the user's improper use and artificial damage caused by the failure.

⑵ Failure or damage due to unauthorized disassembly, modification, disassembly, or assembly of the product.

(3) Failure or damage due to natural disasters or other force majeure, including but not limited to tropical storms, earthquake wars, voltage instability, etc.

⑷ Appearance problems, appearance depreciation and damage caused by natural or external force over time.
