⑴ Inspection 

* Check whether the placement of the equipment is level and stable. Whether the power supply voltage is stable within the specified value (220V±20V, 50Hz), the grounding resistance must be less than 0.4Ω (if it cannot meet the requirements, please ground it separately). Otherwise, it cannot be turned on and run.

* The equipment should be placed on the working platform, and the height of the working platform should be suitable for personnel to operate;

* There should be enough operating space on the front;

* There should be at least a space not smaller than the size shown in the figure on both sides and back to facilitate the heat dissipation and operation of the device.

⑵ Loading preparation

According to the size of the inner cavity, the sintered material of suitable size should be placed in the middle position of the sintering space, and the furnace door should be closed.

Notice

* In order to prevent microwave leakage, the furnace door and the flange surface of the furnace must be fitted together, and the furnace door can be locked so that the microwave source can work, otherwise the microwave source cannot work normally.

* When there is no material to be burned in the furnace, it is strictly forbidden to turn on the microwave source, otherwise the magnetron will be damaged.
